Data privacy and processing requirements

GDPR does not limit the rights of a customer to cancel their contract through an authorised third party. Minna Technologies has a signed Power of Attorney, meaning that Minna has the right to act on behalf of the customer in accordance with all Belgium laws and regulations.

Minna has a lawful basis to process the customer's data in accordance with GDPR requirements on lawful data processing. The customer has given their explicit consent for Minna Technologies to do so and a cancellation request from the designated agent is signed in accordance.
