We received a cancellation from you. What does that mean?

If you have received a cancellation from us, it means that one of your users has sent a cancellation request to you with our help. 

All of the cancellation requests you receive from us are valid and signed by the customer through Power of Attorney, which means that you are obliged to handle the cancellation.
