How do we know the cancellation is a legitimate and valid request?

The Customer has logged into their mobile banking app with Capital One to access and sign the cancellation.

The Customer has appoint Capital One, N.A. (“Capital One” and, together with Customer, the “Principals”) as the Customer’s authorized agent to facilitate and effectuate the cancellation, non-renewal, or termination of the Subscription Offering on the Customer’s behalf, and Capital One has, within the scope of its authority as the Customer’s agent, appointed Minna Technologies, Inc. (“Minna” or “us”)  as Capital One’s authorized sub-agent to perform certain of Capital One’s obligations owed to the Customer in connection with such cancellation, non-renewal, or termination on behalf of the Customer. A copy of the agency agreement amongst us, the Customer, and Capital One is available for your review at at the individual cancellations.
