Is this your first Minna email?
If you've just received your first Minna email, whether it's a cancellation or if it's a "Welcome email", it means you are added as a supplier to our platform. Your users are now able to use our platform as an additional method to manage the subscription they own with you. We will promptly communicate each cancellation request to you by email and we ask you to promptly respond either by email or by using the cancellation portal link provided in our message.
After either confirming or declining a request (for example, where a binding period exists), the user will receive in-app notifications informing them of the status and outcome of their request, as well as suggesting any further actions.
