Data privacy and processing requirements

The Data Protection Act (DPA) does not limit the rights of a customer to cancel their contract through an authorised third party. Minna Technologies has entered into an Agreement with both the bank and the customer, meaning that Minna has the right to act on behalf of the customer in accordance with all UK laws and regulations.

Minna has a lawful basis on which to process the customer's data in accordance with DPA requirements on lawful data processing. The customer has given their explicit consent for Minna Technologies to do so and a cancellation request from the designated agent is signed in accordance.
