How Cancel works
Cancel integrates with mobile banking applications to enable cancellations directly from the application. Minna Technologies is on the mission to bring power to the modern consumer and help users manage their finances in a new innovative way.
Importantly, we are making it easy for customers to manage and cancel subscriptions. Once the cancel button has been clicked, customers are asked to provide any details required to complete the request, before granting permission for Minna to execute it. This enables Minna to utilise an Agency Agreement to legally action a cancellation on behalf of the user.
Services providers can then easily manage cancellations through our partner portal. After either confirming or declining (for example, where a binding period exists) a request, the user will then receive in-app notifications to inform them of the status and outcome, as well as suggesting any further actions.

The user confirms cancellation and enters specific credentials needed for you to locate the subscription. Information such as name and address is always confirmed by the bank to make sure of the users identity. |
The user gives explicit consent and signs the agency agreement using a digital signature compliant with eIDAS framework on digital signatures. |
Minna Technologies sends the cancellation to the specific service provider on behalf of the user, together with the agency agreement, as well as a stop instruction to VISA in accordance with the FCA regulations on CPAs. |
