One of the solutions we provide to banks is our Cancel product, which enables customers to cancel and block payments for existing subscriptions directly from their mobile banking app. This is made possible through an Agency Agreement between the Customer (The Principal), the Bank (The Agent) and Minna Technologies (The Sub-Agent). For each cancellation you receive we have also together with our partner Visa blocked the specific payment.
This means that customers can sign into their mobile banking app and initiate a cancellation as well block the payment in accordance to the payment service regulations (PSRs). Please note that Minna is acting on behalf of the customer, and is authorised to do so, in order to effect their cancellation rights under the contract. Minna is not seeking to rely on third-party rights.
