When consumers cancel, we help make that journey as seamless as possible. Research has shown that a positive offboarding experience increases the likelihood of users resubscribing.
We have two primary methods for sending cancellation requests:
- Cancellations via email
We send you the details of the user requesting the cancellation via an email with a link to a secure portal. You can then confirm the cancellation back to us. This does not require any set up from your end, apart from accepting emails from Minna.

With an initial low-touch integration with our API, the process for cancellation is real-time, without any operational support from your end. This provides a seamless experience for your users.
