We received an email from Minna Technologies. Why?

If you've received an email from us, whether it's a cancellation or if it's a "Welcome email", you are added as a supplier in our platform.

We add new suppliers to our platform everyday, and we aim to have as many suppliers as possible added to our platform, to help our users to get a complete overview over their subscriptions and other recurring costs. 

The Customer has appointed Capital One, N.A. (“Capital One” and, together with Customer, the “Principals”) as the Customer’s authorised agent to facilitate and effectuate the cancellation, non-renewal, or termination of the Subscription Offering on the Customer’s behalf, and Capital One has, within the scope of its authority as the Customer’s agent, appointed Minna Technologies, Inc. (“Minna” or “us”)  as Capital One’s authorised sub-agent to perform certain of Capital One’s obligations owed to the Customer in connection with such cancellation, non-renewal, or termination on behalf of the Customer.
