This implies that customers can sign into their mobile banking app and initiate a cancellation. Please note that Minna, Inc is acting on behalf of the customer, and is authorised to do via an agency agreement through the bank, in order to effect their cancellation rights under the contract. Minna, Inc is not seeking to rely on third-party rights.
