We received a cancellation from you. What does that mean?

One of the solutions we provide to banks is our Cancel product, which enables customers to cancel subscriptions directly from their mobile banking app. This is made possible through a signed Power of Attorney, which the customer signs within the bank app.

This implies that customers can sign into their mobile banking app and initiate a cancellation. Please note that Minna is acting on behalf of the customer, and is authorised to do so, in order to effect their cancellation rights under the contract. Minna is not seeking to rely on third-party rights.
