How do we manage cancellation requests?

Minna Technologies’ cancellation requests are easily manageable through our partner portal.

When Minna Technologies sends a cancellation request, service providers have the option to either accept or provide information to the user for example a binding period stopping the customer to cancel their subscription. Minna then sends the response, directly to the consumer via the mobile banking app.
