In accordance with the Electronic Communications Act of 13th of June 2005, Minna is legally authorized to cancel subscriptions on your customer’s behalf. Included services are TV, Mobile and Internet subscriptions.
The Act clearly states that cancellation of a subscription can be performed by any written means. In combination with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (“eIDAS”), the user has signed a Power of Attorney for Minna Technologies to act on behalf of the customer for the cancellation of the subscription.
